Ashleigh founded Charlotte Therapy Associates on a simple conviction: everyone has the capacity for change. She works from a systems perspective, understanding that none of us exists in a vacuum, and that our relationships, environments and histories all shape the lives we are living now. In session you can expect honesty, respect and mutual encouragement, along with realistic goals that belong to you rather than to a treatment manual.

How Ashleigh works

Ashleigh works from systems theory: the understanding that none of us exists in isolation, and that a symptom in one person is usually doing a job somewhere in the wider system of their relationships, family of origin and environment. That lens sits underneath everything else she brings: advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and certification in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International. She blends experiential and attachment-based work with practical, solution-focused tools, so that sessions produce insight and something you can actually use before the next one.
