01Why people come to us
Most people who reach out are not in crisis. They are functioning, holding down a job, raising children, showing up. They are also exhausted, or stuck in the same argument for the fourth year running, or lying awake at 3am with a mind that will not switch off.
We do not view clients through the lens of a diagnosis. We see capable people who have run into something that the strategies they already have cannot solve. The work is to understand the pattern underneath, and to build something that actually holds.
That means our sessions are collaborative and goal-oriented. A good hour should leave you feeling heard. It should also leave you with something you did not walk in with.
02Services
Nine ways of working together, each with its own trained clinicians. Not sure which fits? Tell us what is going on and we will point you to the right one.
A space to slow down, name what you are carrying, and leave with something you can use.
Find the pattern underneath the fight and change it, using EFT and the Gottman Method.
Validated assessments and structured conversations, before the habits set.
Treat the household system rather than assigning one person to be the problem.
Maternal mental health care for postpartum depression, anxiety, birth trauma and loss, from a PMH-C certified specialist.
For the mental load, the guilt reflex, and the identity that got buried under the roles.
Practical, skill-based work for stress, anger, burnout and the things you do not say out loud.
Support built for dads, new fathers, paternal postpartum depression and everything after.
Secure video sessions anywhere in North or South Carolina. Nothing to download.
What we treat
The concerns clients bring us most. Each one has a clinician who has trained in it specifically.
03Our therapists
We are deliberately not a practice where everyone does a bit of everything. Each clinician has trained deeply in something, which means we can match you properly rather than approximately.
04 / Getting started
We know the reaching out is the part people postpone for months. We have tried to make it as low-friction as we can.
Start hereSend the form or call us. Tell us roughly what is going on, whether you have a preference on clinician or format, and when you are generally free.
We will recommend the clinician whose training fits what you described, not whoever has the next opening. If insurance is involved we will verify your benefits first.
Intake paperwork happens online beforehand so your first session is a conversation rather than admin. Most people leave it with a plan and something to try.
05Rates & insurance
We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans and Aetna. Everything else is out-of-network, and we will give you a superbill to submit. Self-pay clients get package discounts and no diagnosis on record.

Stress & Burnout
They share a great deal of surface area, exhaustion, cynicism, a flatness where motivation used to be. Telling them apart matters, because the treatments diverge.
