Brooke WagnerMA, LCMHCA, LCAS-A
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate
Holistic, parts-informed work for people ready to feel like themselves again.
704-705-4550 · brooke@charlottetherapyassociates.com
Brooke came to private practice from community mental health, where she supported people through depression, anxiety, relational stress, familial conflict, trauma and grief. She believes real healing comes from rediscovering your authentic self and reaching the inner resources you already have, so therapy with her is as much about growth and self-discovery as it is about solving the presenting problem.
How Brooke works
Brooke works holistically, integrating Internal Family Systems with CBT, mindfulness practices and solution-focused strategies. The result is a session that gives you practical tools for the week ahead while also making room for deeper reflection.
