Diane has been part of Charlotte Therapy Associates since 2013. Before private practice she worked in community mental health, mobile crisis and emergency services, experience that gives her an unusual calm with clients in the middle of something hard. She meets people with empathy and without pretense, and her sessions tend to move toward something concrete.

How Diane works

Diane integrates Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness, tailoring the blend to what each client responds to. Her aim is a personalized plan that addresses the presenting concern while building durable skills underneath it.
