Statewide telehealth
Online Therapy for North Carolina. Statewide
Every clinician here is licensed in North Carolina, so we can see you wherever in the state you are.

You do not have to live in Charlotte to work with us. All of our clinicians hold North Carolina licensure, which means we can see anyone physically located in the state by secure video, and specialist care is exactly what is hardest to find outside the larger metros.
That matters most for the narrower specialties. Perinatal mental health with a PMH-C certified therapist, EFT couples work, therapy built specifically for men and fathers. These are thin on the ground in a lot of the state, and telehealth removes the geography problem entirely.
We regularly see clients in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Asheville, Wilmington, Boone, Hickory, Concord, Mooresville and Gastonia, and we are equally available anywhere else in North Carolina.
What North Carolina clients come to us for

A space to slow down, name what you are carrying, and leave with something you can use.
Couples Therapy
Find the pattern underneath the fight and change it, using EFT and the Gottman Method.
Premarital Counseling
Validated assessments and structured conversations, before the habits set.
Family Therapy
Treat the household system rather than assigning one person to be the problem.
Maternal & Postpartum
Maternal mental health care for postpartum depression, anxiety, birth trauma and loss, from a PMH-C certified specialist.
Therapy for Women
For the mental load, the guilt reflex, and the identity that got buried under the roles.
Licensed across North Carolina
Specialist care is hardest to find outside the larger metros. Telehealth removes that problem: perinatal work with a PMH-C certified therapist, EFT couples therapy, and care built specifically for men and fathers, wherever you are in the state.
