Individual Therapy

In the individual therapy process our therapists will collaborate with you to define the goals of the therapy as well as the means to achieve those goals. Our therapists work to establish a safe and nurturing environment where you will feel seen and heard with kindness and compassion. The therapist will assist you in uncovering opportunities for new experiences, grow and change in positive ways and support you in moving in the direction of your choosing. Individual therapy can work in many different ways. Each therapist brings their own unique perspectives and experiences along with a variety of different theoretical orientations. Read our About the Therapist page to see the variety of therapists working at Charlotte Therapy Associates.
