Brooke Wagner is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who is committed to helping her clients improve their quality of life and foster meaningful connections with themselves and others. With a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marshall University, Brooke brings both professionalism and genuine empathy to her practice.

Having worked in community mental health, she has experience supporting individuals who are facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, relational and familial stress, trauma and grief. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, and she understands that every person’s journey is unique. She takes a holistic approach to counseling, meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively to help them find healing, strength, and clarity.

Brooke believes that counseling is not just about solving problems, but about rediscovering one's true self and accessing the inner resources needed for lasting healing. Her approach is grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and her goal is to create a safe, nurturing environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported. She strives to foster an atmosphere of safety, hope, and comfort in every session, allowing clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences at their own pace.

In her work, Brooke integrates several therapeutic techniques, drawing from Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused strategies. This combination allows her to tailor each session to the specific needs of her clients, providing practical tools for managing life’s challenges while also encouraging deeper self-reflection and healing.
