Diane’s Therapeutic Approach

Diane integrates a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to tailor each session to meet her clients' needs, including:

  • Solution-Focused Therapy: A strengths-based approach that helps clients identify solutions and set actionable goals.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Focusing on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, helping clients challenge negative patterns and build healthier ways of thinking and acting.

  • Mindfulness: Encouraging clients to embrace the present moment with awareness and acceptance, reducing stress and promoting emotional balance.

By using these approaches, Diane works collaboratively with her clients to create a personalized treatment plan that addresses their unique concerns and promotes long-term healing and growth.
