Meet Ashleigh Bryan, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
At Charlotte Therapy Associates, we are committed to helping individuals, couples, and families thrive, and Ashleigh Bryan is at the heart of that mission. With a passion for supporting people through life's transitions and challenges, Ashleigh brings years of experience, compassion, and dedication to her practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
Ashleigh holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from East Carolina University and has extensive experience working across a variety of settings. From in-home therapy to medical settings and private practice, she has worked with diverse clients, addressing a broad spectrum of issues. Her practice focuses on relationship therapy, and she also specializes in supporting women and families during the perinatal period — a time of life that is both transformative and challenging.
Ashleigh’s Approach to Therapy
As a therapist, Ashleigh believes that true change is possible for everyone. She approaches her work from a systems perspective, understanding that individuals do not exist in a vacuum — rather, our relationships, environments, and experiences all play a role in shaping our lives. She firmly believes that people have an innate capacity for growth, and that therapy is a tool to unlock that potential.
In therapy with Ashleigh, you will experience a safe and trusting environment where honesty, respect, and mutual encouragement are key. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic, achievable goals that align with their personal needs and desires for change. Whether you’re working through personal struggles or relational challenges, Ashleigh tailors the therapeutic process to meet you where you are, helping you gain greater self-awareness, insight, and mindfulness along the way.
